Shipping Policy

HAFCO uses a few USPS options for shipping. During checkout you may choose from USPS First Class, Priority or Express mail services. 

Hours of Operation:

Our shipping department is fully staffed Monday - Friday (8AM-430PM PST) excluding major holidays.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped the same day received and up to 48 hours after. If any items are out of stock for any reason, a HAFCO agent will call to discuss options.


We do NOT ship during weekends or after 5 pm. Orders placed during a weekend will ship out the next business day. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages however please contact us immediately at

My Package shipped but now its late:

Priority shipping methods are made available on our website but we are not able to guarantee delivery times as once the package leaves our warehouse the delivery times are out of our control. We will do our best to work with carriers to deliver your order to you in a timely manner. 

Signature on Delivery:

Should you opt for signature delivery you will need someone home at the time of delivery otherwise your package may not be delivered. Multiple attempts at delivery will be made at which point if the carrier is unable to deliver the package it will be returned to us.
